ZEOLIT is product made of natural ZEOLITE of clinoptilolitic type with unique cage structure. Thanks to its structure it has following specific properties:
- great adsorp capacity
- great ion exchange capability
- reversible hydration a dehydration
- strong disperse effect on ions of ammonia

Application
ZEOLITE has a wide application in different fields of human activity. It works very well as an anti-caking agent for animal feeding (positive effect on digestion of fed animals), as a filler in production of resins or paints where its grey-green colour is no problem. It is also applied as a inert filler in rubber industry. Application in construction industry: it prevents efflorescence thanks to ion exchange Na+- Ca2+
ZEOLITE can be successfully used also as coagulating agent.
Safety
Clinoptilolite is non-toxic substance from toxicological point of view. No risk even in case of repeated skin contact, it is not absorbed by skin. Provide adequate ventilation of the workplace or use protective respiratory equipment.
Packing and storage
ZEOLITE is supplied in moisture resistant paper sacks with PE inner liner. Net weight 25 kg. Weight of a pallet 1000 kg. Product can be supplied in other packing - on customer's request.
ZEOLITE absorbs moisture so it should be stored under dry conditions. It can be used after 1 year if kept in original closed packing. Open packing should be used as fast as possible.
Dosage
Differs from application to application. If used as anti-caking additive dosage ranges from tenths of % up to 2% in case that some other effect, except the anticaking one, is expected.
If used as filler, its dosage is similar to dosage of any other mineral filler.
