KLINOMIX - Powder, Granul
DESCRIPTION:
Klinomix is a mixture of natural modified hydrated alumosilicate and technical crystallic heptahydrate of ferrous sulphate with variable volume of mechanically coupled water and free sulphur acid and other inorganic salts. Klinomix is not dangerous substance. However, after ingestion of greater amount, it could cause irritation of mucosa of the stomach.
Klinomix is non flammable and non explosive. In accorance with EEC regulations and national rules, Klinomix does not belong to the group of dangerous substances.
APPLICATION:
Klinomix is used for reduction of Cr6+ content in cements. Klinomix can be also used for treatment of surface and process waters and effluent treatment.

DOSAGE
For reduction of Cr6+ content in cements, dosage of
0,4 - 1% of cement volume is recommended.
PROTECTION AND WORK SAFETY
It is necessary to keep requirements of basic hygiene during the use of Klinomix. The highest possible concentration of ferrous sulphonate in working environment is 1 mg/m3 to the rate of ferrum.
DISPOSAL
Sprinkle the spilled Klinomix with lime and store it in reserved place.
STORAGE AND PACKAGE
It is necessary to protect skin and eyes during handling with Klinomix and use or protective gloves and glasses. It is suitable to keep Klinomix in properly modified bins. It is possible to store it in the open stock room. In this case the product becomes stale, changes in color, part may harden and gradually dissolve due to atmospheric precipitations.
