AVAS spol. s r.o. was established in 1991 as a private trading company (limited liability company) having 4 partners. While the other partners have carried on a travel agency, one of them has focussed on trading activities with foreign companies on the field of building industry.

- initition of exclusive representation of the Swedish producer of concrete admixtures (Perstorp AB) on the Czech market - initition of exclusive representation of Belgian producer of moulding oils (Schepens N.V.) - initition of exclusive representation of Danish producer of white cement (Aalborg Portland A/S) on the Czech and Slovak markets - starting up of new company AVAS EXPORT-IMPORT spol. s r.o. - cooperation with Malaysia, Argentina and Taiwan - significant increase of export (Asia, member companies of NEWCHEM Group - Great Britain, the Netherlands, Austria, Norway) - Initiation of branch office AVAS EXPORT-IMPORT SLOVAKIA spol.s r.o. in Slovakia - Initiation of branch office AVAS EXPORT-IMPORT KOREA in the South Korea. - Initiation of company AVAS EXPORT-IMPORT-ZARICA d.o.o. in Slovenia. - Cooperation with Malaysian company LAM SOON EDIBLE OILS Sdn. Bhd. This company is a big Malaysian producer of palm oil products. |
An increase of business volume has led to establishment of a new company - AVAS EXPORT-IMPORT spol. s r.o. which covers all export and import activities plus transport services. AVAS EXPORT-IMPORT spol. s r.o. operates 7 own silo-trucks, which enables to be faster and more flexible when supplying goods to the customers around Europe. For the transportation of packed products (road trucks) and oversea transportation AVAS company has entered into the agreements with well-established transport companies. Several years of cooperation has proved their reliability.
